Shocking service, my wife went here to get me some medicine for my swollen tonsils. The lady behind the counter advised that I should go myself to be seen by the pharmacist and that they could potentially prescribe me some antibiotics. I was reluctant to go as I was in a lot of discomfort but my wife convinced me. Only to get there and be told the pharmacist won't even see me and that I need to go to a medical centre to get a prescription. Can't understand why they were so rude about it, terrible service and clearly poor knowledge.

Went into tablets for my daughter. Had a consultation and they agreed to prescribe them. Collected them and went to walk out. Got told I had to pay for them. I explained no, as I get child benefit for her. Apparently they are a private prescription so cost £30. I felt very stupid as that had never been explained to me. As it was already prepared didn't feel I had the option to decline it. Customer service in this instance very lacking. Didnt even apologise
