The Doctors, Nurse and Staff work hard and, do an excellent job. Please don't blame them for the long delay of waiting time. I waited over 5 hours ...but, got my results in the end. Please remember to vote and think properly who you vote. I blame the Government for cutting down A & E hospitals all over the country.

SDEC is a very very very long wait. But the receptionist with the short hair short height with an accent is fantastic! Miguel was great and peppe they really were super friendly and really listen to what I was saying.

The A&E here gets worse year on year. The waiting areas are disgusting. Inhumane. Bright strip lighting, tatty reception areas and staff looking dishevelled and miserable. Staff don’t even know how to call people’s names clearly. Whoever is in senior charge here needs to be performance reviewed. Terrible voice over announcements de-personalise people who are already feeling awful. Shameful!

Been to this hospital myself around 3 times and once for my daughter, i keep making the same mistake of wasting hours of my time trying to see if it was a bad day for them but seems like every-time i come here its a horrific experience, totally forgotten about and not listened too not knowing whats going on. Each time its something “viral” then next day when things are even worse get taken to a different hospital and all of a sudden get treated like a human somewhere else , tests and X-rays given, no problem, diagnosed and issue solved. My mental health is severely effected by stoke , don't trust it at all and never will, along side several comments about the a&e.

This a and e needed to be shut don't. I've got a life Threatening brain problems. Well I got rushed into sto Stoke commandeville hospital. With my head feeling like it was going to blow up I con open my eyes as the pressure was to much. Basically I was havinswelling on my brain. Instead of doing what they should done straight away they left me in a hallway hoping my head would blow or the pressure will go down.. I was left for 20 hours or more. They didn't even do a blood test, or scans then set my out still in a extreme pain. Before I went I ask for mathematics to sign me out. I knew I wasn't well enough to go so I wasn't going to sign. But if the doctor wanted me gone and he thinks I'm OK he will have to sign it. They wouldn't do. But I made them in the end. I had to do this as I know the hospital doesn't speak the the go's. If I get the paper work. Your not goingvto believe this but even in my wheelchair I can the letter to the gp before a email. Please please please don't make the mistake and us this GPs.

Don't care who says what or how long you have to wait how can you not give 5 stars to the NHS. We all have issues at some point, but do not ever forget it's free at the point of contact and always there.
