I have recently had a few appointments with Rachel to help manage sciatic pain. She was professional, knowledgeable and honest right from the start and very easy to talk to. Rachel tried a number of different techniques, all tailored to the specific symptoms I described and took the time to explain what she was doing, too.

Whilst I did notice a reduction in pain following my acupuncture sessions, my journey to being free from sciatic pain is still ongoing as we think it may be related to something that cannot be resolved with acupuncture alone, but I am grateful for the help and support Rachel has given and would recommend her to anybody!

I’ve been having treatment for just over a couple of months now, and have to say I’m very impressed with the results! I feel calmer, am sleeping better and have more energy. My blood sugar level is coming down, restless legs have stopped and my hot flushes are much better. Rachel keeps treatments in line with how I’m feeling and is very professional and friendly and she doesn’t push treatments that aren’t needed.
