Don’t care, went in with a medical emergency and got told from the other end of the corridor “go to Scunthorpe on your own accord or wait At least 5 hours for an ambulance,

Have had to visit twice in the last two years: once with my 3 year old who put a raisin up his nose. I was encouraged to do get it out myself (obviously I tried that before I went!) told they weren’t allowed to use tweezers …. So I took him to Hull A&E who sorted it straight away.
Second time I visited for myself with a sprained / broken ankle - told nothing they could do as I’d left it too long to have an x-ray and was given physio number and advised on what pain relief to buy. Pharmacist was surprised on the medication I was advised on being 27 weeks pregnant! - all in all if you are thinking of going to Goole urgent treatment centre I would go to directly to Hull or Doncaster A&E.

They really put the care into caring. So kind to my five year old who had been sick in the car on our way over. They went above and beyond for us, so late at night.

I arrived anxious and in pain and left anxious and in pain. Waited four hours to be humiliated by a nurse-practitioner who did everything she could to invalidate my concerns. So disappointed.

Thankyou so much to this treatment centre. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, but theyhave also eased my pain
And because of katherine's decision have saved me months of pain whilst waiting to go down the doctor plus referrals route.

im not from goole but went to utc for treatment today,from the reception staff to triage to the nurse who saw , they were all amazing, thankyou all, what Fantastic service.

Have had an amazing experience at Goole UTC when I took my husband in. The staff were really lovely and helpful and treatment was very prompt. Must clarify that initial visit was last weekend and the staff were lovely then too especially the blond receptionist.

Arrived at Goole Urgent Treatment Unit at 11.15, Mothers minor injury (tripped over a step and peeled some skin off her arm - looked horrible) was treated within 20 minutes!
Unbelievable service, lovely staff, well done and thank you so much!!!!
