This group is amazing and Clare is the most kind, accepting and supportive person I have ever met. She champions everyone and with out her I would not have lost the 3.5stone i was carrying around. I am happier, healthier and I am an introvert but I have made good friends who I would never have met if I had not of joined Clare’s group. Walk through the door and we will all be there to welcome and support you x

Aylesham Slimming World is a happy and friendly group. Clare the consultant is very approachable. She seems to know when a someone needs that little reminder that they are worth it and achieve their weighloss dream. It makes slimming easier when you know the consultant is on that same journey herself !!
