Reception and Admin support - poor. An appointment arranged for my 1st assessment was cancelled as I was doubled booked. I followed up to arrange another only to be told there were none, not even if booked in advance. I was left with the impression new clients were not welcome.

I had foot problems for nearly 3 years, I was not paying any attention on it, just thinking it caused by my lovely shoes. when I went to see Paul he check and tell me what is the problem and how he can help me. Paul is really professional and good experience, after one treatment, I can see the difference , after two treatments is much better, after three treatments that big improvement! I had lunula laser treatment to treat fungal nail infection in 2021, I had spent £1000 as the reviews said it was 95% effective in conjunction with medication so I went with it. I saw improvements within a few weeks and eventually cleared after 9 months so I was happy. Paul is very professional and very helpful. In 2022 I wrote to the clinic and sent evidence that the infection had returned and said I wouldn’t have expected to having had the treatment for it to return after spending all that money so soon. I was quite surprised on the reaction I’d received and I had to re invest more money into going back to spend £50 for a test, and for possible further treatment I called my GP to have the test for free. I would have expected for the clinic to be more helpful and interested into researching or offering an incentive to return to them and possible causes of the fungal infection to return.

I can not rate Paul and the team from The Hartland Podiatry lining highly enough. Paul as the clinical director, is a highly knowledgable professional, but more than that he is a true gentleman. Right from the first appointment to review my condition to my final review to confirm successful treatment, Paul managed my expectations around treatment progression. The clinic treat the most people in the UK using 5he Swift technology and I can’t rate this as a treatment highly enough. Paul and the team at Hartland Podiatry are all really friendly and professional. I began my treatments for a nail infection about a year ago and although stated at the start they cannot guarantee the treatments will work, they seem to have for me. Best experience I've had with Podiatry. My foot was looked at within days of calling - and then treatment started days after that. Everyone at the clinic is really polite and you feel very welcome. If I have any other feet problems then I'll be coming to Hartland from now on.
