I’ve been going to Essential feeling for a few months now in preparation for and to help with my recovery from lower leg lipodema surgery. Charlie has really helped with my rehabilitation from what is a huge procedure. I come out of every MLD session feeling much better. I have a second surgery scheduled and will be returning to Essential Feeling for their experience and expertise with pre and post op care. PS. I just had an amazing massage with Essential Feeling. As a therapist myself it very hard to relax and unwind, i was made to feel at ease as soon asi arrived.
I'm over the room with how my body responded during the massage during and after. I feel 4 inches taller.

Karen is absolutely amazing, friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. She is hands down one of the best post surgery massage specialists in London. I have only one regret , I live too far to could visit her more often . The place is easy to find and beautifully done. Highly recommend.

Had an exceptional massage with Karen. I’ve had a few massages before, but this was by the far the best as it was really tailored to my needs and left me feeling great.

I was asked a couple of times about the pressure and if it was ok. I had a deep tissue massage which really helped with my lower back, shoulder, and neck area.

Secondly, the premises are excellent. A very clean, professional setup. As someone who’s really particular about cleanliness, this was definitely a very welcome location.

I had MLD massage with Charlton following my operative procedure. Charlton is extremely professional, respectful, and super friendly and so knowledgeable about the human body and personalises the massage to your individual needs. I have been coming consistently and the difference it has made has really helped my recovery. The environment is relaxing, has background soothing music, it’s clean and private. I would highly recommend Essential Feeling to anyone that needs any kind of massages. I always look forward to the next massage and have since bought multiple massage packages to keep on top of my general well-being and pain. Definitely a 5 star professional company.

My wife and myself visited Karen and Charlton for a full body massage. First time we had been and we will definitely be going back. We found them both very welcoming and friendly. Both were so easy to chat to and also very understanding of any injuries or on going aches and pains. The massage itself was so relaxing and definitely released all the knots and strains that we both had. As mentioned before we will definitely be going back soon and highly recommend the guys to anybody that is looking for a masseuse.

I cannot recommend Charlton and Karen enough, since having my surgery they have given me the best aftercare, from having lymphatic massages to general advice and care. They are super knowledgeable and really have put my at ease at a time that has been quite challenging.
