I have just completed Seema’s strength straining fundamentals course and can really recommend it. Seema’s approach is very attuned and individual, even in group sessions she pays attention to each person and their individual circumstances and needs. She explains exercises very clearly and equips you with enough knowledge and confidence to carry on the exercises on your own at home or at the gym.

I had a gorgeous pregnancy massage with Hannah and would highly recommend. She was warm and welcoming and created a really lovely relaxing environment. The massage was great and I came away very relaxed!

Seema is a brilliant PT. I started her strength and conditioning package which has been fab. Her understanding of ADHD has been invaluable in motivating me and helping me stick to exercise. She knows what I need without me asking, and tailors each session according to my needs. I’m also learning about how my cycle affects me which is great. Can’t recommend her enough!

At the beginning of the year, my lower back felt weak and just sensitive especially when sitting up. I looked for a local chiropractor and booked an appointment with Simon. I felt better after the first treatment but still wasn't right so I went back a couple more times and that's done it! Thank you so much... now I hardly even notice my back whereas in January.. the pain was the first thing on my mind when waking up and kept me from going to sleep. It's now May and no issues thanks to Simon!

I am 7 months pregnant and was experiencing significant groin pain due to hip misalignment. Simon the chiropractor came highly recommended but I was still skeptical as I was really in quite a lot of discomfort. But once I got there he put me at ease and really reassured me that he would help me. After even just the first 5 mins I felt like he was really listening to me and I was going to be able to help me, I can't express how grateful I am for his expertise and care that day and the other appointments. He was incredibly professional, taking the time to explain the entire process and talking me through each movement he was doing. He made me feel comfortable and well-informed using a language I could could really understand. He even got out a model pelvis to show me why my body is feeling that pain. After my first appointment I was a bit sore as the groin pain had got better but it meant it had effected my back. So I went back to see him 2 days later and he fixed it. I wasn’t sure it was all going to work but Simon's treatments have made a world of difference for me during the end of my pregnancy. I can't thank him enough for his exceptional care and expertise and it’s so reassuring knowing i can go and see him when I need. I have been telling all my friends who are in need of chiropractic care to go and see him, especially pregnant ones. Also the wellness rooms itself is a really beautiful, clean and a relaxing environment. It was also super easy to book and I parked a couple of feet away on free on street parking.

The session I had was beneficial and I could see long-term gain from more but the racial discrimination I experienced from the receptionist who requested I pay before my appointment, something they do not do, unfortunately has put me off returning.

I saw Simon for four sessions, which unfortunately didn't help with my presenting issue. Simon's manner also made me uncomfortable. I felt dismissed and unsafe with him. I would not recommend working with him. I have since found a practitioner who is personable and respectful (and is also helping with the issue).

I had many sessions with Simon a couple of years ago. He kept encouraging me to come back and that my shoulder issue would be resolved with more sessions, so I spent hundreds of pounds there. I eventually realised I was wasting my money, so stopped. He'd increase mobility during the session, but the next day I'd be back to square one. I've since fixed my problem by going to a proper physio, and I realised that Simon was giving me the completely wrong exercises, which is quite annoying.
