The only way to contact appears to be via a chat facility on the website which clearly isn’t a real person. I enquired regarding making a booking
It was extremely disappointing to then have to wait 48 hours to learn that they are currently closed! I don’t appreciate my time being wasted in this way.
Surely in this day and age websites can be up to date with current information and more than one way to contact not just a faceless chat facility !

The best massage I think I've ever had! Such a lovely place and kind welcoming staff. I got lost trying to get three, I called them as they were so helpful! Honestly it's a hidden gem.

Absolutely superb. My partner and I had a pool pass for the day. They even organised for us to use the in-house lift as I could not use the stairs. Had an awkward moment when we landed up in the wrong place, but a member of spa staff came and 'rescued' us so we could get to where we had parked our car. Changed in accessibility room, but no lockers or chairs to sit down on, which was a bit disappointing, so changed into my swimming things somewhere else, which was better as there were lockers.
Also the Hydrotherapy bath could have been hotter. Hopefully these things will be remedied next time we visit. Have been there a good few times since my original post seven months ago, but it's still superb despite the Hydrotherapy bath being out of action. I was told that repairs to this will be happening very soon. It's a wonderful bolthole and I get my regular swim. Staff lovely and again I was allowed to use the lift to save me struggling up the stairs. The day pool pass for four hours is definitely worth having. The Spa does get booked up very quickly though.

Lovely place, accompanied a friend, alas I would be be able to attend by myself.
Good and clean, they'd run out of towels however so had to dry myself with my robe, provided. They cleared away my first robe from the swimming pool which had my locker key in so had to go to reception to get another. Nice scented tropical rain shower in pool area.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome. We were greeted with mocktails and chocolate truffles. We spent time using the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. There is also a steam room. The facilities were not overcrowded and the environment was very comfortable and relaxing. Our spa morning included two 30 minute treatments and we chose a relaxing massage and express manicure. Both were fantastic, and the therapists were extremely competent. Light lunch was included and there were a variety of options. I would highly recommend this lesser known spa.
