Absolutely fantastic experience when having my vasectomy here. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome. My doctor and nurses made me feel at ease when I was having my surgery, I was very nervous but the nurse was chatting away to me whilst the doctor was doing his work and that kept my mind off what was happening. It was very quick and easy, almost no pain at all and I can't thank the team enough for what they've done. Would definitely recommend

Consultation for treatment was fine. Nurse was lovely and explained everything well and I felt confident to ask questions. Attended for treatment a few weeks later and it was a completely different vibe.
Different Nurse saw me who appeared almost irritated she had to be at work. I told her I was nervous to which she told me I could not have my treatment. I asked why and she actually let out a laugh and said because id told her I was nervous. Appreciate they have to be sure but are people seeking abortions usually rubbing their hands in glee and super excited..? Went elsewhere (not MSI!) and had a far better experience thank goodness

Very unprofessional service
I came here for some treatment
Was treated as just a number in and out
I was given my medication in the waiting area infront of other patients who could hear the conversation between me and the nurse who had to explain how to take the medication.
To make things even worse when I called the aftercare line the nurse didn't even upload my scan onto the system so the clinician couldn't establish why I was having the symptoms I was having.

There was a slight issue of pain which required more local anesthetic but this was given immediately and no further issue. The surgeon did a fantastic job.
All staff were amazing and helped me to relax and feel less anxious, especially the nurse during the procedure.
The ladies in the aftercare area are very friendly and chatty and I really felt at ease and supported. Thank you

The most caring and supportive place.

Only down fall was that when I arrived I got seen to an hour after my appointment.

I was talked through the procedure with understanding and support.

I was shown and introduced to the team who would be participating in the surgery. All very welcoming and friendly.

I then got taken into the clinic after care and was given some tablets to soften the cervix. Mild cramping occurred straight away after taking these tablets, heat pads and painkillers was provided and all staff on board asking constantly if all the girls were okay and if we needed anything to let them know.

Three hours then passed as I got brought into the surgical room. Again, I was talked through exactly what they were doing and what was going to happen. Wishing a blink I awoke back into the recovery room where tea and biscuits were offered. Also more pain relief was there if needed. Nurses were on board checking if all the girls were doing okay and not in too much discomfort.

I felt very supported and safe in the hands of Marie scopes. The staff were all lovely and supporting/understanding! Made the rotten day more baring. I would recommend anyone who is nervous to go with Marie scopes.

Enquired about a consultation for a treatment and never received anything back. The email stated it would be within the next 48 hours, it has been 2 weeks and heard nothing. Good job a different company could be bothered to respond to me because these couldn’t. Unprofessional and unreliable.
