Appalling. Absolutely no services. Never once had an appointment with a doctor. Don't feel like they care. Don't have the time too care. It's frankly not fit for service, your just going to be a burden on the system, and the only way you'll get an "appointment" is by competing with every dying old dear in town. Once upon a time we had doctors who had relationships with their patients, now we just have the pharmaceutical industry on overdrive.

I wish I could unfortunately give it a 0. Back before covid and back in 2014 it was a great doctors but now it's awful. I phoned up for problems that had been getting worse over time only for the receptionist to play doctor. Told me if it's still urgent to go to A&E.

My mum has a kidney infection that isn't getting better and the receptionist said she can be seen of speak to a doctor. Absolutely disgusting so glad I moved they are the worst doctors surgery ever.

The only best ppl are some of the nurses that been there years and couple of the clinicians including Ryan West! He is amazing and a credit to the place! So caring and understanding and really goes to the next level to help! Love Dr West! Thank u for the care and compassion you gave repeatedly when I came. Can’t say much for new receptionists ! Bad attitude and some look like they don’t wanna be there to be there and we are inconveniencing them… the older of the lot of them is nice but the rest the younger ones just not nice

The place is a joke never any appointments I have rang up every day since last week for an appointment to be told there is none always passed off to another surgery I have a low immune system and they still aren't bothered well let's see if they are bothered when the local mp gets in touch with the medical board absolutely ridiculous of a doctors and the manager never rings back only sends out letter to deal with the complaint I put in

Terrible surgery, should be closed. Regardless the time of the day they never have any appointments left.
What sort of surgery is this which can’t provide any services. What for poor taxpayers like myself are paying for. Disgusted

Where to start, used ‘patches’ but it was clear the dr hadn’t read my message to the end. Then tried to get an appointment, tried 3 times to actually get into a queue. Joined at position 8 after over two hours moved up to one, only to be cut off without anyone answering. No call back service provided so will have to go through the whole procedure again today. I don’t believe that the receptionist could only answer 7 calls in over 2 hrs. Very poor service to patients.
