Been going to this surgery since 2021 and they have improved each year. You no longer need to call at 8am on the dot to get an appointment, which is a huge improvement in service. I always get quick appointments and feel listened to by the doctors. They have been quick to refer me onto whatever specialists are needed and keep on top of admin. One time I had a medical crisis while at the surgery and two nurses found me and looked after me very patiently and kindly until I was well enough to go home. Thank you for all that you do!

The most unhelpful people I’ve ever encountered work in this surgery. I submitted a request through the PATCHS Health system, and they completed it without addressing my concerns or providing any guidance. I called them three times, speaking with two different individuals, and both were incredibly careless in their interactions. As healthcare professionals, your responsibility is to assist patients and provide them with the necessary support to improve their well-being. I know this review wouldn't change anything.

I have been a patient at this practice for 2 and a half years and due to multiple health conditions have ended up spending an extensive amount of time here, however despite the unfortunate circumstances I have had an outstanding experience every time. I have never been unable to book an appointment and reception staff are always lovely and polite when arranging this for me and when answering queries. I have seen many of the doctors here and every single one has been amazing, really taking the time to understand your illness and ordering the relevant tests and making referrals when needed, meaning you do not have to fight for care as many young people undoubtably experience elsewhere. Managing your health conditions isn’t easy however when you have a team as great as this it certainly eases the pressure knowing they will fight for your health every step of the way. Even when I have had issues with a hospital forgetting to order tests the reception staff really stepped up and contacted the hospital on my behalf to resolve this meaning I got sorted within half an hour, despite the fact this was not their fault or responsibility. The care I have received here has been impeccable and I would recommend this practice to anyone. I am grateful to every member of staff but I would especially like to thank a few of the staff that have had the biggest impact on me: Dr Grice, Dr Graham, Ms Divver, and most recently Dr Hedeyat and Dr Ditchfield. Thank you all for everything <3

Lovely medical practice. Had a bad flu and lost my voice. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! I came in with no appointment, but it was a short wait for the doctor (Maybe because schools aren’t in session yet).

The receptionists are extremely friendly and go out of their way to help you. The GPs always genuinely care and always want to do their best to find the cause of your issue even if it isn’t easy to figure out. I have also had many blood tests here before and the ladies are so wonderful. Just wonderful staff all around.

Receptionists are fine but like most GPs, terrible organizations. The online booking form never works, they don't allow medication to be delivered by a third party to your door. When you do get a phone appointment, they tell you a time they'll ring after and then ring before, meaning you often aren't ready and miss the call.

Saw dr. Rebecca (not sure of surname), she was incredibly friendly, understanding and patient and took great care when going through a couple different issues. She didn’t try and rush the appointment and made sure I was completely happy before I left. I haven’t had a GP be as thorough or professional before and she went above what was required to help me.
