Kate was exceptionally good at her understanding of my treatment which was Reflexology. She was able to identify certain health issues without my saying anything.
The treatment itself was what I would
Call a proper reflexology treatment unlike the ones I have experienced before, which were just foot massages
I will be looking to book further.

I had a full body massage with Kate, she worked with the right amount of pressure which is quite rare to find, and worked all my knots and niggles out. She also gave me some valuable insight into the causes of some problem areas in my body. A great wholistic treatment and I felt great after! Thank you!

I don’t often treat myself to a massage. I’m a working mom and very much much needed some me time. My back in particular was very tense and so my husband arranged for me to see Lucy. Not only was the massage itself absolute bliss from head to toe it was all round a peaceful and mindful experience, from the music, oils and comfort. It’s evident from when i met Lucy that she really wants to make it a great experience and she really did deliver. I highly recommend Lucy to anyone needing some TLC, for some needed peace, mindfulness and relaxation!

Lucy is amazing. Friendly, understanding and so knowledgeable. For about a month my husband had been suffering from acute pain in his hip which then radiated into his groin and knee. Over the counter pain relief did not help. He wasn't sleeping. Couldn't get a doctor's appointment so went to see what Lucy could advise. After two acupuncture sessions, he's slept and pain free.
Would highly recommend Lucy.

I have had several massages from Lucy , initially for a back problem which I found to be very helpful. The massage was excellent and the level of relaxation I experienced was amazing.More recently the reason I’ve returned has been more for my mental well-being and to further enjoy a time of calm and time out from a hectic schedule .I would thoroughly recommend Lucy for a massage - whatever the reason .

Had my first appointment today for a back that’s been giving me grief for weeks and weeks . I can honestly say today is the first day I’ve been pain free for a long time .
