I would highly recommend this GP surgery. The receptionists were very professional and got me an appointment quickly. Dr Sadiq was very understanding and sorted me out with the right prescription. She was also very helpful in answering all my queries.

The surgery has been amazing the last few months since I joined it. The general staff and especially the reception staff are super helpful and really supportive. Shout out to Adele for being wonderful so many times I’ve called, messaged or had to come through for one thing or another. Sometimes one comes in having a really difficult day or time and having that empathy and concern goes a long way. Thank you Hyde Park Surgery

Usually whenever I go to the doctors or dentists, the receptionists are rude, blunt and condescending. That has never been the case at Hyde Park. Melissa was very helpful at my most recent visit, listened to me and explained clearly what she will do. As an autistic individual, I really appreciated this as it's not often I have things explained clearly regarding health and referrals etc. I didn't feel like she was trying to rush me or my questions and were annoying her. The nurses as well always listen to what I need with blood tests as I struggle with needles and need to be told specific things beforehand, they always follow through with it which makes it so so much easier. Really would recommend Hyde Park Surgery :))

I really cannot fault this GP practice, they genuinely care and the service they provide is outstanding. I have never struggled to get an appointment and follow up is always timely. Having had a poor GP previously, the team at Hyde Park Surgery are a breath of fresh air.

Want to give a massive thank you to Dr Tynegate, she has been an absolute star every time I’ve gone to the doctors. Whether it’s for something minor or something I’m more concerned about, she always listens, provides the best option and advice and really takes the time to understand what’s going on before coming to a conclusion. I would recommend Hyde Park Surgery, I had a good experience yesterday. Great customer service by Adele. Also, Dr Sodiq was able to give answers to my medical issues, she is really good at her job. I am very happy 😊

I have been going to this surgery for over 14 years now supporting clients with various aches and pains and illnesses of all descriptions but lately the reception team seems to have up their game. The GP have always been great but reception team was a bit of a hit and miss at times. Lately though the reception team have been great whether on the front desk or answering the phones, nice and polite and helpful and that's what we need in times like this. Thank you telephone receptionist Adele always pleasant, polite, helpful and has helped a few times to sign-post me and my clients in the right direction. Great work staff keep it up.
