I cannot fault this surgery at all. Recently moved to this surgery a few years ago, my previous surgery I could never get through to a person and could never get an appointment. I can ring Middleton park any time of day and speak to someone. Even on a weekend I always use the e-consult online and I always get a phone call back to arrange being seen. They have been fantastic especially through my pregnancy!

This gp surgery is absolutly the worst i ever seen i was the 1. Caller i was tryining to book doctor apoitment for my 5 year old doughter, she had high temperature and they sending me to pharmacy or walking center miles away why do we have doctors then? Never appoitmen available even you are 1. Caler always they got somthink to say like they dont have doctor available or they are on anual leave and stuff like. I dont underatant what they are doing all day if if they book just 5 6 appoitments .
VERY AROGANT RECEPTIONIST THEY HANG UP THE PHONE NOT HAPPY WITH YOU AT ALL, BAD SERVICE!!!!

The receptionists at the dental part of this surgery are appalling, leave answerphone messages and never respond, actually manage to speak to a human and they advise they’ll ring you back and that doesn’t happen either, exhausting to deal with, the dentists and hygenists are fab, just a shame receptionists are so incompetent

Felt very bad, not gonna go in details,wanted to have a face to face consultation as e- consultant wouldn't help me..but lady said they have no appointments available....call tomorrow at 8 am she said( and probably tomorrow again they will say that there's no appointments left!) And there were NO PATIENTS either. I'm disappointed. Walk ins- have no appointments,can't be seen, 111 GPs can't give a call back as too busy and can't even see my GP!

Been in this surgery for years and I like it with the staff, except one time was treated badly but that staff was not her regular staff. She went on to cancel one of my appointments being a diabetic she did that to me.Gwen is lovely, patient and she is liked.She has time ,and polite.My blood was taken for about 2 to 3months now I have not had any results don't know what is going on. Thank you 🙏🏻

The receptionist in this GP are arrogant and look down on people. At least put smile on. It won't cost you penny.
I hope admin retrain their staff on Customer service.

So I’m suffering with mental health real bad I ring yesterday and they said they had no appointments I just wanted to speak to someone the staff was rude and didn’t seem very helpful not sure why I changed from church street surgery to this one to be fair
