The pharmacists themselves are great but some of the assistants need to learn some manners. Constantly having to wait excessive amounts of time simply to collect a prescription. Now being told that they like to have three days to get prescriptions ready from when they receive them!! It’s the same old excuses. My point is, when a GP issues you a prescription, then you evidently need the medication that day. I have now stopped having my prescription being sent there and gone to another chemist where I only have at worst a thirty minute wait. Never before have I known a chemist to tell you that you will need to wait 3 days for them to give you your medicine, it would be funny if it wasn’t so serious!

I was seen today after l rang this morning, got an appointment straight away with the pharmacist Emma and given a prescription which l was grateful for.
I did ring the surgery ,but l was 14 in the queue !!!.

I have just been into the pharmacy and I can’t recommend them enough! This is not the first time I have had to rely on the expertise of the pharmacist and there assistants to help me as the doctors are unavailable. I have been really unwell since Thursday with pounding head, congestion and aches and pains and the super star working the counter today has hooked me up with all types of medication, giving me sound advise when to take, how to mix them and for how long. Through medical questions to make sure they were suitable. I have got home done as I was told and already feel the benefits. Thank you so much ☺️

The staff at this chemist are usually very helpful, Kind and friendly. There have been 2 occasions when I have been really unwell, and they have even gone over to the doctors for me to chase up a prescription. Kindness goes a very long way. Thank you.

I went to this pharmacy this morning to buy gaviscon sachets. The assistant was very helpful and said they hadn’t been able to get any but she would check with the pharmacy. I assume it was the pharmacist l spoke to who was incredibly rude and dismissive. He said that they do not make sachets and they hadn’t stocked them for over a year. I had bought some within the last few months from a different pharmacy and told him this. He repeated that they hadn’t been able to get them. I’ve just ordered 24 from Amazon who will deliver before 10pm tonight. Why do people feel the need to be so unpleasant!

Personally I find most of the staff very pleasant and very helpful. Although try buying over the counter solpadeine!! I've heard the speil before, no more than 8 a day, no more than 3 days in a row, no other paracetamol products to be taken with them. I have no problem with any of that. But I felt very uncomfortable buying it here, I have dreadlocks and feel they were really going at me! Is it because of my dreads? I would hope not! I will be recording next time I buy some, which isn't very often. As a 54 year old woman on zero prescription pills, I feel this a little unfair and biased.
