I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to work at LMML, and I have to say, my experience was far from pleasant. The management, in particular, left much to be desired. it quickly became clear that the management issues run deep. I found the site head to be ineffective, demonstrating a lack of understanding about proper GMP protocols.
From the outset, it was clear that the site head operated with an authoritarian mindset, treating employees more like slaves than valued team members. The pressure to stay overtime was relentless, with little regard for work-life balance. Employees were often coerced into extending their hours with the implicit threat of negative consequences, including the possibility of not receiving their work visas or even job security

I cannot recommend this workplace to anyone if they want to have peace of mind
And i will be taking action on this matter with human right act 1998.
