I was really nervous to have my sons ears seen to, as he’s always had trouble with them. Helena was absolutely fantastic, she clearly explained to my son what she was doing. Listened to our concerns and made us so comfortable and sorted his ear issues out. Worth the travel!! We drove from Bradford. Highly recommend Helena, professional kind and caring.

I can’t recommend Helena enough, she was so friendly upon my arrival and made me feel at ease.
