Always a great experience, From booking the appointment to the actual treatment and aftercare, everything runs so smoothly. The staff is super friendly and professional, and they really make you feel comfortable. I actually travel two hours just to come here because I trust them that much. Whether it’s a simple checkup or something more involved, I know I’m in good hands. Highly recommend!

The girls on reception were very polite and helpful, the dentist/doctor who I was to see who came highly recommended was very polite he came into the reception and introduced himself and led me into his room, he asked if I would mind if his colleague could video the procedure , I said no problem.
After the numbing injections he began and was described what he was doing, after 10 minutes he said done and showed me the tooth . He was brilliant and know wonder he came highly recommended.

Great customer service, lovely clean and stylish practice. The receptionists are really friendly and kept me up to date about my treatment. My consultation was comfortable, i was nervous about my treatment but Dr Phil End put me at ease explaining it in detail and was full of advise. Highly recommended. I have had my composite bonding and WOW my teeth look unreal, I have been for my check up & polish which was great and it put my mind a ease about how I am doing with aftercare of my composites. I could go on and on but 5 stars from me, anyone wanting composite bonding should 100% book in for a consultation with Dr Phil End. Thank you ☺️

I visited the Leeds branch today and I must say it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I was treated by Dr. Dharmesh who was extremely patient, professional and informative. Felt that I was in good hands. A gentleman called Liam attended to me to help with sorting out the payment for my treatment. He made me a coffee and was extremely professional respectful and guided me through the process. I know these gentlemen were just doing their jobs however in today’s day a real pleasant customer experience seems to be lacking and I felt that they set a very good example of how things should done. 👏🏾

I can’t recommend Dr Claire Andrew’s and Yorkshire Dental Suite York highly enough. From the first telephone call to my final veneer fitting the team have been very kind, helpful, accommodating and provide great patient care.

Dr Claire put me at ease throughout, talking me through my treatment and answering questions. Her calmness, experience and patient focus is incredible. I am so pleased with my new teeth, smile and experience with YDS. If you want first class veneers, with a first class dentist then book in with Dr Claire in York. I definitely recommend YDS to anyone looking for dental treatment.

Having bad experience from numerous dentists in the past i was so happy with My experience at the yds in leeds. It was without a doubt superb. The staff are friendly and amazing. The owner was happily trying to give me some samosas which was very kind and pleasant, I had to decline due to having tooth removed. I hope there will be more on offer when I'm back to visit on my next appointment 24th October 🫣.
