Today I went in for my first eyebrow wax and shape. They were lovely enough to book me in as a very last minute appointment. I’m still very new to these sorts of places as I get very anxious but Annette put me at ease and was very friendly. As I’m not very knowledgeable in the beauty department I gave Annette the reigns to do as she wished and I wasn’t disappointed, it was perfect ! Chatted to me the whole way through and after she finished she explained and showed me everything she had done and why. I will 100% be back again to try something new as this family seem have outstanding skill and customer service.

Fantastic. Definitely recommend.
Warm welcome, professional and unpretentious.
We were there for 3 hours, had a Cryo facials, hot stone massage and lash tint. Loved the results.
We were staying overnight in Scarborough 2hr away however would go back there again rather than somewhere in my area due to Juliette and Gemma.
In all, me and my friend would go back to the area again, stay over to include returning.
