Punam is the most inspiring yoga teacher I have ever met. I've recently attended a run of meditation sessions with her, and they were absolutely incredible. I’ve started my classes with Punam recently and I’m very happy. She’s a lovely, warm and friendly person and an intuitive yoga teacher, who makes everyone feel welcome and adapts the class so all can get the most benefit regardless of ability. I joined Yoga Wellness Studio the first time today for a trail lesson. Punam came across to me as a very attentive and experienced instructor. Had been practicing some times ago I thought I know all the basic but she showed me what I have been missing and what could be better with reasons. Thank you for being Yoga back to my life and can’t wait to practice more with her.

Punam is an amazing teacher. She really takes the time to get to know you and on top of the yoga also offers reiki treatments. Her genuine care and attention to your wellbeing means that any time you work with her you are getting a personalised service. The yoga class is really welcoming and suitable for all levels. Her studio is like a little oasis of calm where you can step inside and take a break from the world. There is a good mix of mindfulness and yoga which left me feeling really re energised. Would definitely recommend Punam for both yoga and reiki!
