I would like to thank you for the Yoga class that I recently had with you ,I really enjoyed it and would say that having never participated in a yoga class ever before it was carried out in such a way that I would have no hesitation in participating again in future.

It was so nice to see how you genuinely enjoy teaching and it was obvious that you have a passion for yoga

I found the class to be relaxing ,yet invigorating .After the class I really did feel that my body had been stretched in a good way and that my mind felt more peaceful. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending you Jen and you class ,thankyou Mark
