I have never written a review for anything before but going to make an exception here. There can surely be no other accountancy firm like X5. Kevin is just one of the nicest blokes I know to talk to. He always has time for you, humour, simple explanations, and if all that fails, advice on best options for you. Sharon, Tracy, Julie and the rest of the team are also always unfailingly friendly and helpful. I’m sure that much of the help they give me is not even under a normal accountant’s remit! Then again, they really are not what I imagined a “normal accountant” to be when I signed up several years ago. Their website says “chartered accountants … and so much more”. It is very definitely true in practice as well as words. On top of all that I feel completely reassured my accounts and finances are in safe, resourceful hands … that will be looking to ensure my interests are always best looked after. I am very grateful indeed to all the team!
