Wow - what an experience! Hi-tech equipment and fantastic gym facilities to measure all the asymmetry that was causing me issues in marathon training. Kat was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, I’ve gone away with a plan for how to rehab and hit marathon goals next year. Will definitely be back for regular tune-ups!

Just had treatment for various running injuries from Sinead and cannot recommend her enough! Fantastic hands on treatment, all necessary testing done and followed up with tips on running to prevent further issues…well worth the long drive and will be back

My bike fit with Will was a positive experience and I can whole heartily recommend him.

Bike fits are a complete minefield right now, people are offering fits for an extortionate amount of money and don’t have any medical experience at all.

Will is the opposite and this is where he stands apart from the crowd. He’s not just fitting you to the Retul data, he’s using his significant medical experience as a qualified physio, giving you a pre fit examination (and subsequent rehab program if needs be) so he can understand biomechanically how you move before the fit.

The fit itself is a logical process where he encourages you to give feedback as it goes on, how the changes feel. It’s a good point he raises about the Retul data, it’s just a tool and the most important data is from the rider, a great holistic view.

Also, you’re under no pressure to buy some insoles for £x or have saddle pressure mapping for £y and that’s great. Just a good solid fit from a properly qualified person.

Will identified the cause of my hip pain straight away and was very informative. He took my previous injuries into account and gave me a physio / rehab plan to ensure I could return to running as soon as possible. Having seen a lot of physios in the past for various reasons, Will provided me with the most information and understanding as to what was causing the discomfort and limited movement.

The clinic has a personal feel to it and has a lot of good equipment that can be used during sessions.
