Parking is an absolute joke here for people trying to access the surgery and setting it to a 72hr parking limit is ridiculous!! There is a long stay carpark just up the road so I don't understand why this can't be designated as a short stay with suitable staff parking to ensure patients can get parked and into their appointments on time. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the parking as the level of care is great!

Incredible surgery, exquisitely run with a great team. Cannot find fault despite all moans around the country. Cheviot should be used as a show case example of how to run a doctors practice.

Had health check done by Sue. Absolutely by far the best at taking blood. Such a lovely professional.

Despite what we hear, generally everyone here, reception, dispensary, nurses and doctors are really good. Seldom keep you waiting more than 5 or 10 minutes. Last need, I phoned at 09:10 and was seen at 09:50! Only complaint is that at 09:10, I only had one medical need, at 09:50 I needed treating for shock too! Well done and thank you to all at this practice.

In a time when we constantly hear about long waits for GP appointments and poor NHS service I can only sing the praises of our surgery and GPs. Brilliant friendly, timely, professional and empathetic service. Thanks team.

Since moving up to Northumberland in 2017 mysellf and my wife have been registered at this surgery and have been hugely impressed by the friendly and professional service we have received. This month a serious health issue was identified and multiple urgent referrals meant it was resolved within a few days when an ultrasound confirmed the problem suspected by the GP. Since then I have had contact with the excellent District Nurse team and found the same level of amazing service. We are very luck to have them.

very good , unfortunately left area to move to sheltered accommodation ,down here there is a long wait for everything including appointments ,cheviot looked after my wife very well with her terminal illness!everyone seems to care !

I really can't folt the staff and they have been really helpful with me the full service is much better than I have ever had before I was under other doctors think you very much for all the help you have given me first class always
