Posting on behalf of my daughter who had an issue that needed sorting asap with her meds and struggled to get appt.
Came into reception with her to try and sort it out, young brown haired girl very polite welcomed us over to her side of the desk with a smile and was very interested in what my daughter had to say with her problems. She was very efficient and resolved the problem. Sorted out her meds and got them done urgently and booked my daughter an appointment as she been struggling to get through via phones. Want to thank the lady for her help really went above and beyond and sorted my daughters problems out finally!

Absolutely atrocious service. We had booked an appointment for 10:30 and didn’t get seen until 11:10. 40 minutes waiting!! Wouldn’t have bothered turning up at half past had we known it would be that long waiting. Rude staff who don’t give any updates on why it’s late. Disgraceful. Also had to call over 70 times in the morning to get through with all it saying is ‘user busy’. Worst experience in a GP office and would recommend changing surgery if you’re looking to register here. Shocking, absolutely shocking.

Only been with this practice 2 years, thankfully I've not needed to see a GP often but I've not really had a problem getting an appointment. It can take a while to get through, I have called later in the day and been offered appointment. I can only recall one time where couldn't get one the same day. I only have one criticism and that is when I had a telephone appt to be assessed for acute back pain which unsurprisingly was wrongly diagnosed, although I do see the value of telephone appointments when appropriate.

I wouldn't even give one star!
Have been trying for 2 weeks now to get an appointment everytime I call speak to Bev very rude and dismissive! Always no appointments available even when i managed to get through at 8:39! Today it took me 89 attempts to get through was on hold 15 mins and shocker no appointments! She said all appointments had gone to walk ins! So what happens to the people who work who need to call in! Always excuses as why there is no appointments weekly! doctor's in meetings, training, on holiday! I've put a complaint in already a few months back and still haven't had a response, but what a shock another excuse of was waiting for the new person to start!
A few weeks back my little boy was poorly with his chest which he's suffered with since he was a baby. I called no appointments told me to take him a&e I explained all he needs is to have his chest listened to they refused, took him a&e waited for 4 hours to see the doctor we were in and out with him in 5 minutes and he told me this isn't an a&e condition which I agree such a waste of their time and ours. We are in the process of moving surgery's because of the lack of service they provide and how rude the staff are. The women receptionists Bev and the younger one are SO rude and nasty to say they work with the public their behaviour is very unprofessional. If you call in the afternoon there is a man who is lovely and very polite and helpful. Coming to the end of week 2 with still no appointment made and all Bev said was to make another complaint ?
I know we are moving to a new surgery but will be taking this further because of the way we have been treated and spoke to, very unprofessional.

This practice is excellent. It is very rare that you don't get an appointment. You can either have a telephone call or a f2f appointment..... usually on the same day. They are even partnered with pharmacies to dispense antibiotics for urine or ear infections.... which is brilliant as you don't have to see the doctor. The reception staff are very friendly, however are no nonsense if you are a patient with a bad attitude. The doctors listen to concerns and are quick to make referrals. Nurses are very friendly and make you feel welcome. They are very good with mental health and young people. 100% recommend.

The receptionist (not too sure what her name is) is so rude and dismissive. She doesn’t listen to what you’re saying, she just wants to rush you off the phone. I asked for advice for something I was given by my doctor and she told me to go to urgent care Clearly not listening to what I have to say. Her tone of voice is so rude, not welcoming at all. I’ve been with this surgery since 2016 and I can honestly say that they’re going downhill. Train your receptionist to be more empathetic, understanding and teach them about basic medical knowledge. No help what so ever!!! I’m scared that I might not even get the help I asked for after that call.
