Been registered at this practice for years, gp’s nurses reception all friendly and approachable Helen the reception manager is wonderful and is outstanding at her job nothing is ever too much for her would definitely recommend this practice x

First of all would like to say, i find the reception staff very helpful and efficient. I dont go to the doctors much but find when i need them they are very good. I think sometimes time wasters are the problem.

The reception staff are very uncaring, extremely unhelpful, dictating and belittling. I’m very unhappy with their service. In my opinion I don’t think the surgery caters for people who work and despite recently seeming to change to allow forward bookings, it appears this is no longer the case and we’re back to ringing when the surgery opens and sitting in a queue to see if you’re the lucky one today that is allowed to see a doctor. It’s a shame they can’t treat their patients the way they expect the patients to treat their staff.

Mixed experiences with this surgery. When you get to see a doctor they are helpful and efficient and no doubt work hard. Some of the receptionists are extremely rude and talk down to you on the phone like an errant child for a simple query which is out of order. Customer service needs improving.

The clinic has a very nice reception staff, always helpful and respect patients.
Dr. Prince Udom was very nice and to the point, the examination was carried out very carefully and in many aspects.I was interviewed without rushing and with full respect for the patient. I am very pleased with the visit.”

Ever since joining this medical practice I’ve never felt so happy with the service. Every single time I go even for something small they really listen and help. Never walked out emptied handed or felt like no one listened or tried to help, such an amazing doctors honestly. The doctors and nurses are always so friendly and lovely and I really feel like they help and care. Couldn’t recommend enough!! 5* every time! Thank you

Honestly the best surgery around.
We’ve never struggled to get an appointment in 10 years we’ve lived here. The staff are lovely and the GPs are truly amazing.

Brilliant doctors. Despite taking an age to get an appointment on some days. You always manage to get in and be sorted. Do think they should put something in place where only proven workers can have the workers appointments however. Several people I know try for the doctors worker appointments but can't get in told to come after they've started work to find the appointments before are taken by the elderly. Some of which will have all day to come. The place it's self is always well presented... clean and welcoming. The midwife is brilliant to treated us extremely well whilst pregnant with my little boy. But when you do find out and need to book a midwife appointment... for goodness sake don't tell one of the receptionists.... I had to tell her when she couldn't understand the doctors note... instead of being quiet she blurted it out in front of the entire reception including my mum!
