This is the best medical centre that I experienced in many years. Always can get appointment and help in same day.
Receptionist lady is very helpful and truly trying to assist you. The nurses are very friendly , kind and professional. Feels that they are really care about patientence.

This practice is getting worse. They don't call you back when they have said that they will so medication isn't ordered when it's required. This has happened twice this week with one of the people very poorly so needed to know when the prescription had been sent to the chemist for pick up. Was told it would have to be a phone consultation before the medication could be ordered. Waited all day and not exaggerating and no call. When called Dr advs they had been too busy to call !!!!! This is not acceptable at all.

We left this practice a few years ago because most of the GPs werent nice and it was badly run. However one of the GPs (Dr Solomon) was always great and we recently heard that he had taken over the practice so we rejoined. In our opinion it is now a really good well run practice and Dr Solomon is a great GP.. Its fairly easy to get an appointment, the staff are pleasant and actually proactive (they have called me several tines to give me test results before ive had chance to call them myself, etc). Would highly recommend Dr Solomon and his team.

I don’t know who is worse, the receptionists or the doctors at woodland drive medical centre. The receptionists are rude, especially a young women that is there quite often and as for the doctors, if you want to be ignored, fobbed off and your health put at risk then use this doctors. I had a tumour for two years because Dr Ali who is also the owner of this appalling establishment said I’d just ‘pulled a muscle’ even tho I had a clear lump on my shoulder the size of a golf ball. This surgery needs shutting down, I do not understand how it is still running. The money he will be making is disgusting considering how neglectful they are.

Was given a same day appointment and received a call within a couple of hours by a Physicians Assosciate. I felt listened to and trusted the information I was given, (with physicians assosciate referring to NICE etc). Really happy with the plan of care. Excellent service.

Used to be an excellent practice, but completely ruined by the new 'call before 8am to make an appointment' system. WHY? What was wrong with the previous system?
