i had a bad experience at this surgery and was made to feel like a complete hypochondriac despite the fact that the doctor did find my skin concern to be valid and needing further referral to a specialist. I also requested a test for a stomach bacteria that i like to have every few years and have legitimate reasons for doing so and the doctor was incredibly dismissive and insulting and made me feel very anxious and depressed.

I went to the doctor with my child on January 3, at 4:50 p.m.! Unfortunately, I don't know the doctor's name (by the date and time, the service will understand which doctor) but he was as attentive to us as possible, listened, examined, and prescribed certain blood tests, showed exactly where and when to apply gel to the child's hand before blood sampling, and told to make an appointment for a blood test. ! when we told the reception that the child needs to have a blood test, they immediately answered: it is not possible, only in the hospital, because the child is young (he is 7 years old), when I said that we had already done a blood test here twice before, the employee seemed to be looking for it information in the computer, whether it really happened, and in response she said that I need to talk to the doctor, whether the doctor will be able to do it... and will let me know... unfortunately..., until now I have not received a message about the appointment, because I am sure that no one talked to the doctor! and we simply need this blood test, as soon as possible! and the lady at the reception did everything so that I would have to make an appointment with the doctor again and waste my time and nerves! then at the age of 6 we did a blood test here without any problems, but at the age of 7 - you can't! It's a pity, because when we came with the hosts earlier to register, the attitude was completely different, the smile was wide! Reception staff, thank you very much!
