Jayne is a lovely lady who is very knowledgeable. When pregnant I attended her exercise class, a class that was more than just exercise it was also a place to discuss hopes and fears of giving birth with a great group of women. I also have had a massage with Jayne which was amazing and really helped when pregnant. I have now booked a post natal massage and can't wait to start the postnatal class. I would highly recommend Jayne.

I really can’t recommend The Women’s Wellness Coach enough. I first met Jayne after a number of friends recommended her Prenatal Workout Class. This class is so much fun, informative & a great place to meet other pregnant ladies on a similar journey to yourself. But it isn’t just a fitness class, you are joining a whole network of advice and assistance. I have found it to be invaluable.
Last week I also decided to book a 75 minute massage treatment with Jayne. Being a massage therapist myself I have previously found it quite hard to totally relax and unwind. This massage was amazing! Jayne isn’t afraid to apply pressure where needed and safe to do so, this makes all the difference. My body felt so much better. The massage couch is very comfy and the room is beautiful and tranquil. Thank you Jayne, I can’t wait for my next massage x

I have worked with Jayne for 4 years now attending pre and post natal sessions and post natal massage. Brilliant knowledge, great classes to keep me moving, strong, mentally prepared and a great network of support. What I love about these classes is they aren’t just another pregnancy yoga which I definitely didn’t want (Yoga just isn’t me), and a mixture of first time and experienced mom’s. Also great for post natal recovery. I trust Jayne and would recommend her to anyone for all things Women’s health and wellness related, both in pregnancy and beyond. Massage therapy is also amazing!

I first met Jayne doing the pre natel exercise class which was great. It’s not just about exercise but also gives you chance to talk about and learn everything related to pregnancy and labour. Even things like what to pack in your hospital bag, I also met a great group of mum friends!
I’ve also done the holistic core restore class to improve my pelvic floor which has been really good. Jayne is very knowledgeable and supportive and gives you the reassurance. I would definitely recommend her.

Jayne is amazing! During our first zoom session as part of the Holistic Core Restore Course, Jayne spotted straight away that I breathe wrong. I had no idea! I was seeing Jayne for issues with my pelvic floor but after our session I quickly began to realise there was a lot more going on & it was all connected. Thank goodness I found Jayne!

I couldn’t wait to see her face to face in her clinic & from simply taking a look at my lower ribs, Jayne knew exactly what my breathing issue was. Her knowledge & experience is second to none. During the clinic appointment Jayne comprehensively explained everything to me & a mixture of on-point exercises & really mobilising soft tissue massage then followed. Jayne completely worked the right areas & I could already feel the improvement. I’m excited to continue to work with Jayne. I know she’s going to empower me to feel more in control of my body & be able resolve my issues before they become a big problem.

In summary, Jayne is amazing and I couldn’t recommend her more!
In detail, I first met Jayne at her pregnancy class with my first, I loved the classes (a real highlight of pregnancy for me); Jayne is both informative and very funny! I also made an amazing group of mum friends I still see every week 4 years later. I then attended her postnatal classes and with my second I also visited her in her clinic as I had diastasis recti (something I’d not have known about if it weren’t for Jayne) and she has worked absolute wonders on me. Jayne really knows her stuff and I 100% trust her - I feel very fortunate to know her 🙂

I have thoroughly enjoyed attending the pre natal and post natal fitness classes ran by Jayne. Jayne is fun, friendly and so passionate about what she does! She is very knowledgeable and was my saviour after having a difficult recovery from giving birth. I was able to exercise safely with the correct exercises to strengthen my body which I wouldn't be able to do in the gym. Don't hesitate to get in touch!!

Attended Jayne’s fitness class from 20 weeks pregnant till I gave birth at 39 weeks. In that time I made Mom friends, learnt a lot about pregnancy, birth and parenting whilst having fun!
I had really bad SPD and was on crutches, so decided to have a massage with Jayne and instantly the pain subsided. She knew exactly where the pain was coming from and how to ease it.
6 weeks post partum I joined Jayne’s postnatal fitness class where she examined me to make sure I was recovering properly and designed exercises to suit new moms and their needs; I am also having a postnatal massage today which I know will be excellent!
She is always on hand with advice any time of the day with any issues. I will certainly be staying with her for the foreseeable future until I’m back in her pregnancy exercise classes and we start the whole process again!
