To think they were happy to drop me as a patient who has been with the practice for over 4 years with on-going gum issues because I supposedly missed 3 appointment's. I provided the call recordings to show that it was the receptionist who cancelled my previous appointments and apparently it was the dentist themselves who were sick or away. Absolute liars and the fact that I can see others complaining of the exact same thing reassures me in my move to another surgery. Don't waste your time or precious money here.

As a very nervous patient the oral surgeon and his assistant reassured me throughout the whole extraction procedure in a caring, calm and empathetic manner. Detailed aftercare was provided. Would recommend this practice for any nervous person requiring teeth removal.

Best dentist I've ever been to. Sabrina is incredible, as was nurse Esha. I was incredibly nervous but they kept me calm and for only the second time ever in my life did I have dental work that didn't hurt. Can't recommend enough. Amazing

Not enough praise can be said about the care, efficiency, courteous staff at my Windsor Rd Dental practice. Especially Miss Radhika Aggarwal, whom completely calms me whilst receiving excellent treatment, as I'm very nervous about needles.

It's always a pleasure to come in and be greeted by the lovely reception staff whom have always demonstrated utmost professionalism, politeness in their service provided. Totally recommend them to all my family and friends. All part of a great team. Thank you so much for being amazing.

Terrible experience for my partner. She was treated appallingly by the dentist. He was extremely rude and a bully. He was only interested in getting rid of her as soon as possible. The only reason we went to the clinic is we got the extraction appointment as an emergency on the NHS.

The dentist was not only extremely unpleasant he gave multiple local anaesthetic injections. This led to her face being completely swollen and she lost partial vision in one of her eyes. We had to call an ambulance and they had to take her to Wexham Park Hospital Emergency. The swelling took over 24 hours to subside and for her vision to return.

But the worst part was the dentist did not even do a competent job of the extraction. Part of her tooth was broken and left behind. The dentist even failed to notice this when she went to get it checked again due to the constant pain 3 days later. Only after going to another dentist privately the private dentist noticed that a part of the tooth was left behind and there was an infection. The private dentist was extremely disappointed with the previous treatment.

Absolutely not worth being treated by the dentist even it is for free.

Was referred to get all four wisdom teeth removed under surgeon Neel and assistant Jill and couldn’t have had a better experience. Initially came into the practice with a lot of nerves but every single step was explained as thoroughly and empathetically as possible whilst undergoing the surgery (with a lot of encouragement in between). Felt free to ask as many questions and was booked in very easily for an extra appointment when I was experiencing some bleeding post-operation. I can tell that both have an immense care for their patients and their craft.

Incredible!! I cannot believe how quick, professional and caring Neel was for wisdom tooth extraction, no messing about straight in and tooth removed within minutes.
