Winchester Wellness

Pleasantly surprised! A little gem of a place. ‍♀️? I recently discovered Winchester Wellness, - if you’re into Pilates or would like to give it a go, it’s worth dropping by. I was a little apprehensive when I joined the Sunday morning Pilates class, but Lucy made me feel so welcome and customised the routine for my needs - since I was a complete beginner. I would highly recommend a visit, if anything you’ll love the surrounding views!

This is such a wonderfully holistic and welcoming place for classes and treatments. I have seen both Lucy and Kris for back and neck troubles- both are super knowledgeable, kind and always think about the bigger picture which has made such a difference to me getting stronger. I would also highly recommend Lucy's pilates classes- everything is so well explained and tailored to individual needs. 5 star service all round! ?

Great pilates class on Sunday mornings. I had lower back pain and have tried lots of things to try and sort it out. A few pilates classes at Winchester Wellness and it feels much better.

Lucy has been so helpful in resolving complicated issues that have been bothering me for a long time. Her holistic approach has included treatment using physiotherapy, acupuncture massage and really good exercises with videos of these available on an app so I don't forget them! I'm always impressed by her, so professional and dedicated. Plus super warm and welcoming which always helps! Excellent pilates classes and other offerings too. Highly recommend Winchester Wellness.

I’ve really enjoyed my experience doing prenatal Pilates with Winchester Wellness, it’s such a relaxing end to the week on a Sunday. Lucy is great at ensuring everyone is exercising safely and at the right level for them in terms of their fitness and stage of pregnancy. Thoroughly recommend!

I went to see Lucy for some advice regarding my scoliosis repair. My back had been causing me some problems and Lucy was recommended to me due to her wealth of knowledge and experience. Lucy not only helped relieve my muscle tension, she offered me advice on breathing techniques, stretches, mobility exercises and also introduced me to pilates--all of which should help me manage my scoliosis. When you visit Winchester Wellness, you are given the whole package. Nothing is treated in isolation and you leave knowing you've had the best care and treatment. There is nobody I will trust my back with again. I would recommend them to everyone. Can't wait for the pilates classes to start in January!

I have been really happy with my experience at Winchester Wellness. Lucy is extremely professional, personable and positive. Really good hygiene and adherence to Covid regulations which made me feel safe and comfortable during the pandemic. My sessions with Lucy have been really beneficial and I can definitely feel the difference after months of neck and shoulder pain. Winchester Wellness also has a really helpful app so any exercises that are set for me to do at home are all on there with an instruction video. Pilates classes there have also been fab. I would definitely recommend Winchester Wellness.

I cannot recommend Winchester Wellness enough! I had a video consultation with Lucy, and explained my little niggles and my goals. I was so chuffed that after 4 weeks I was able to meet my goals that I was never able to before. With a lot of strengthening and a goal map set by Lucy that was very gentle. I am officially running with pain free knees and further then ever before. Thank you Lucy at Winchester Wellness!
