The staff at this clinic, including both secretaries and doctors, display a high level of unprofessionalism and rudeness. There is a clear disregard for patient care, with a tendency to exploit the lack of education and information among many patients in this area. The quality of service is consistently poor; patients often find themselves having to plead for essential prescriptions, blood tests, and follow-ups. If these needs are not explicitly requested, they are frequently ignored. This clinic is in dire need of a thorough review and potential defunding by the NHS. Patients please become better informed about your rights and seek alternative, more competent healthcare options.

Horrendous services. Very irreverent and people on reception argues with you when you ask for emergency appointment. You have to wait for 3 weeks to get a medical appointment and they don't care even if it's an emergency gynaec case. It feels like their main objective is to just so 'No' to the patients in every case. No empathy towards patients, very rude, feels like a butcher house rather than a GP service

Hello, Firstly I would like to mention that previously for many years I was unaware of this support being available until the GP offered it to me. It is a tremendous support just knowing that someone is there for you. Words can’t explain how grateful I am to Wendy for the endless emails and messages she has sent in order to aid my child. Wendy is an icon she is a polite understanding and sympathetic when I am talking to her it’s as I am talking to a lifelong friend, she is always very keen to help and resolve all the problems you may have. We would love for her to be here for many years to come as we wouldn't know what to do without her and there is truly no one that can replace her. I having to deal with an autistic child have received all the help you could imagine any setbacks that come your way she will guide you through it. In our opinion she should continue to work in the surgery as she truly is not only an asset to the surgery but to the whole community.
Yours Sincerely, Miss Kiran Ijaz.

I have attempted to request a sick note in two different occasions.

The first time my little one got chicken pox from nursery and passed it on to me. That was June 2023, I am still waiting for that sick note! Good job I managed to join some days off with the sickness episode so it wasn't required after all! But that's only because my manager was very understanding.

The second time has been this week. I have sent a request on line on Monday and chased it through the phone yesterday and today. I was reassured it would have been processed today. Of course it hasn't been sorted!

Very unhelpful
