We were able to get a same day appointment for our little one and I mistakenly got the time wrong and missed my appointment. Reception staff were friendly and helped me get another appointment, I then saw Dr Phillips who was helpful and lovely as always. Would definitely recommend the surgery.

Never before have I experienced lack of care this badly. I had previously been under the impression that small children’s health is a priority. It seems far from the truth at this practice. Waiting all day for a PHONE appointment!? A&E would have seen us by now. I know the NHS has issues, but as long as it is still here, I expect Doctors and staff to do their job.

An amazing surgery where people and patients are put first in the most detailed and thorough way. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble for the reception team; they are some of the most attractive, intelligent and well mannered ladies imaginable; which greatly helps in these troubled times! The medical team are second to none and probably the finest in every sense, in the country. Just to say I have been steered through terminal cancer and out the other side, is just a part of the ongoing miracle that is William Fisher Medical Centre Southminster.

Outstanding in all respects. Doctors are compassionate and professional. The receptionists friendly, cheery and helpful (unlike most surgeries I’ve experienced in the past. The pharmacy is very efficient too. Thanks to all for your dedication and high levels of care.

Absolutely shocking service. Receptionists speak to you like dirt and just hang up on you. Was told to turn up at 4pm so had to leave work early and still sitting here at 5pm and I was told I was the next one in at 4.30pm. Shambles!!!

Non existant service, unless your a single mother or are elderly, however in the unlikely event you get to see your actual doctor (Dr Philips) then the problems get solved.
