The new triage system worked really well for me. I was saying for my condition within three days which was perfectly acceptable as it wasn’t an emergency. The appointment was really quick and efficient and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was my first visit and I was very impressed.

Totally unimpressed with the new online triage system. The surgery said it wasn't received despite my having an acknowledgement of it's being sent. Trying to make appointment & GP looks at the request - not the patient & deems it non urgent & now have to endure more pain over the weekend until I can see an actual GP. Am sure AI GPs will be next

Impossible to see a GP. You cannot make an appointment directly. It's total triage. You have to fill in a form online and they will allocate you to the least competent person they can. Blood results take over a week to be looked at and reported. Has changed for the worse in the past few years.
