Excellent range of stock. Always so helpful and gives customers time to discuss what they need and advises what may help. The shop is attractive and well laid out. I visited to get magnesium tablets to improve sleeping. There were several products and one in particular recommended for my needs.
The product did not help, partly because it had strong laxative properties.
On researching there are several types of magnesium. And they have different properties. The product I was recommended was poorly reviewed in a clinical article. The contents are not clearly described on the bottle.
It felt as though I was being sold to rather than properly advised. And it is not formulated to assist with sleep. An expensive mistake.
If you know exactly what you need, shop is fine. But once bitten, I would not rely on views of staff again.

Amazing shop! Lots in there, and wonderful customer service. Went in not knowing what I needed, but explained my sleep problem and the incredible helpful lady (I'm so sorry, I didn't get your name!) Helped me pick a product, thar after just one use has been wonderful.

First visit to this shop today. Loads of gluten-free and organic items which was exciting! Also glad to see refillable hand wash, shampoo etc which I’ve not found anywhere else. Spent far more than I planned to, but all well worth it. Will definitely be back
