Absolutely appalling
Daughter so uncomfortable she can’t sit down. Appointment in two weeks time or go to a and e! Rude awful receptionist and manageress
This is after the nurse a few weeks ago prescribed a cream for internal use that was for external use only that she had a nasty reaction to. Management didn’t bother to call back regarding my complaint either

The surgery is not too bad with all things considered. The surgery keep making appointments for me on line knowing that I would not be informed.Usually I was not free 14 appointments missed now the HCA has a headache now. The new prescribing pharmacist not trained well at all. I questioned this and told by the receptionist they do not inform anyone about appointments and the time wasted is the patients fault. I was so shocked Something is seriously wrong and covid id not to blame.

Contacted the practice when i was a patient to let them know i needed a doctors appointment as i had found out i was pregnant and the receptionist asked me' Is it good news or bad?' What kind of question is that? Especially if you are unsure at that stage. I knew from that moment i wouldnt feel comfortable at this doctors.

Terrible surgery who have not completed the referral to Guys Hospital, despite many requests. My son has a brain tumour and Guys need this referral so they can take over his care

even if you are registered here you usually have to go to their other practise on the other side of littlehampton to collect prescriptions or see a GP (if you can get an appointment!)
