Fantastic service, I was able to book a routine appointment to see the doctor via the NHS app as well as speak to the reception staff easily to schedule my follow up blood test. compared to most surgeries I have come in contact with they are very efficient and proficient.

Been with this surgery for almost a year now and I have to say they’re probably the best surgery I’ve been a patient of. I’ve not found difficulty getting appointments within a reasonable timeframe, the reception staff are always extremely helpful and friendly, the clinical staff are always very thorough and patient whenever I’m discussing issues with them. Particularly when I’m getting bloods drawn the HCA’s and nurses are very patient with me because I always have difficulty with drawing bloods. And I think most important of all, they are very proactive! They don’t wait until the very last moment to address a medical issue, they deal with it before it gets too late.
I think these are some of the benefits of being registered with a smaller GP surgery too because from my experience, larger GP surgery’s are often under-staffed and over-worked which negatively impacts patient experiences and makes it a difficult work environment for staff members too.

My rating has various reasons:
1. It's was clean and well organised small surgery
2. The staff were very professional and helpful
3. The doctor showed immense care to all my issues and asked me several times several questions to give me a good diagnosis
4. I was very happy with the overall service
5. BEST NHS service I have experienced so far
6. Easy free parking 1 minute away from the surgery.

The staff are polite but my only moan is that I needed to see a doctor today and was told to call at 2pm. After waiting on hold for one hour, I was told that there weren't any appointments available. One hour!

The best GP practice. The reception Team is always friendly and ready to accommodate my requests, if there is an emergency request the doctor sometimes saw my little one after the practice closing times.
The doctors are always professional and never rush you, but will always listen to your questions and conduct a thorough check-examination. On multiple occasions they issued letters on the spot and advised to walk the hospital with them. Brilliant Team!
I don't think this practice is getting the recognition they deserve regarding the Google reviews.

I feel very lucky and grateful to be under the care of Whyteleafe Surgery. Particularly over the last few years when things have been difficult, they seem to go that extra mile for their patients. If you need an appointment with one of their amazing Doctors, the option of face to face or via a telephone call is offered to you the same day, if you need it. Repeat prescriptions are ordered with ease and dealt with promptly. The members of staff that I've encountered are always professional and caring.
