I haven't been registered here for long but have had quite a few appointments. The online system is easy to use and I always receive prompt responses. Every doctor + nurse I have seen here has been so caring, understanding and helpful. I feel like they have gone out of their way to make me feel safe and assured. Best GP I've been to, by far. :)

Am a diabetic type 2. I was experiencing extreme high glucose levels and missed a call from my nurse after she also noticed my high level. She sent me a message asking her to call back. I called back immediately due to me feeling lightheaded and dizzy. The receptionist told my nurse was busy and call again next week! I tried to make her aware that the nurse herself told me to call and am simply doing what she asked of me. She said i was rude and she would hang up the phone!! On a ill person who is clearly desperate and scared. She begrudgingly read the message the nurse sent me and lord behold she seen the paragraph where the nurse said I should call. She gave no apology or anything. She reclaimed there was nothing she could do and that's it! All she had to do was at least leave a note to my nurse stating that I called, and let the registered nurse decide what to do? But no the receptionist took that option away, now am ill at work not knowing what to do.

I have moved here a couple of months ago from a developing country and in my country i had to have checks for some of my routine health conditions. Im registered in this centre. I visited this centre a couple of times to be referred to hospital for my checks; once it was forgotten, i had to remind, other one was refused, one blood test and the result took totally one month to get.. Its pretty disappointing for me. The last one includes my mistake too, when i first mentioned my heart condition i made a mistake with it, instead of failure i mistakenly mentioned leakage. Then i waited for the echo test, i was so sure that after the test my mistake would be noticed by the doctors and get corrected. My echo test was made after 4 months of waiting (one refusal and my reminding) and a message from the doctor, your leakage is fine. come back in 3-5 years. 🥲 Apparently the doctor didnt even check the test properly and just kept writing the same mistake.. The developing country i came from provides a better health service than this... The only nice thing about this centre is some nice receptionists. And in general doctors try to be nice and kind. Sorry...

Doctors are always brilliant if you are allowed to see them. Decision is made by receptionists who are not medically trained. They are rude and ignorant and think very highly of themselves.

I am a new patient and not really well. I found that I had to almost battle my previous surgery to get care. Whereas on joining this practice the feeling is so different. I even had a telephone call from a doctor who sorted me out some medication straight away. The reception staff are great as well.

Very smooth booking experience. They took my profession into account when proposing an appointment- so I got an appointment in the evening which suited me perfectly. The check in screen is quick and easy to understand. The doctor was extremely friendly and knowledgeable- just what you would hope for. Thank you! And thank you for the quick appointment (was seen within 5 days of calling!)

Nigel is the best phlebotomist in the world! Manages to make going for a blood test an actually enjoyable experience every time ☺️

The worst service I have ever experienced. The doctors seem to have poor knowledge of many medical areas, the bespoke tests are not done even if they suggest them themselves, the medication is sometimes prescribed wrong. Simple negligence. It is never possible to get an appointment if there is an emergency which isn't substantial enough to go to the A&E (the suggestions to call in the morning at 8 am to get an appointment is simply misleading, it is never possible to get an appointment.) I understand "understaffed" but this is just a house with a website and no service at all. The regular waiting times are close to 2 months. The staff at the desk ist absolutely unhelpful and rather creating more inefficiencies in the system actively making sure to keep people away from the practice.
