I would strongly advise caution when considering this therapy centre for your child’s care. My experience has been deeply disappointing and distressing. My son’s doctors recommended additional treatments and therapy to support his rehabilitation, but despite this, the therapists at this centre, led by Hazel (the physiotherapist), went behind our backs and lied to us and the funding department at the council.

They not only misrepresented their involvement with us but actively influenced the decision to block the much-needed support recommended by our son’s medical team. To make matters worse, they continued to claim they had zero engagement with the council, which was untrue.

This centre’s priority does not appear to be the well-being or recovery of the children in their care. If you’re looking for an environment that truly supports and advocates for your child’s needs, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Vulnerable children deserve better than this.

An amazing place with great facilities, caring and knowledgeable staff. My son has been at the nursery for nearly two years and I honestly cannot imagine there's another place that would care for him so well. Thank you
