I went to see Sheila for a session of pure zen and I’m still in awe of the positive and uplifting effect it had on me. Sheila’s home provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere. She is calm and professional, she made me feel at ease. I will definitely recommend her to anyone that is much needed of relaxation / spiritual healing.

Overall experience
Sheila is professional and wonderful!! The reflexology was excellent and she pointed out problem areas that I knew but never told her when booking. The therapy room was beautifully laid out and relaxing. Thank you for the wonderful treatment and will be seeing you again!

I've been going to Sheila for about 8 months now every few weeks. Sheila is lovely, very welcoming and her treatments are always amazing with her picking up on things I haven't even mentioned. Her treatment room is cosy and relaxing and she never makes for feel like you are being rushed. I look forward to seeing Sheila again for many more treatments x

I have been to Sheila for nearly 18 mths and she really is an amazing therapist. I have tried many of her treatments and they have been fantastic. She seems to know exactly were your problem areas are and is able to advise you accordingly which gives me confidence in her. Sheila provided a wonderful remote Reiki treatment to me. I wanted it to work on stiffness in my hip, and boy did it work on it! I had to use all my skills to relax while I could feel the energy vigorously pushing through and clearing. At the end of the treatment and since then my hip has been massively improved, which is an absolute joy! I will be booking in for more treatments in the future.

Sheila also provided a Tarot reading remotely (due to Covid-19) and it was absolutely spot on! It really helped bring some clarity to the past, some current situations I am facing, and has left me extremely positive about the future. I have had many readings in the past and Sheila's was one of the most enjoyable I have had.

Thoroughly recommend Sheila to anyone.
