ICB contacted this company amongst many others in order to arrange some complex care for myself. Completely out of the blue and most certainly uninvited TWICE someone showed up at my door and was very suprised when we denied them entry! If their concept of social norms and disregard for personal boundaries is this much askew then I certainly didn't want to find out personally how the caregivers would do at respecting my dignity or personal space whilst carrying out the most intimate of care tasks! I don't know what the ICB were thinking and given the reviews why the ICB are still sending work their way!

Very disappointing service. They arrive without reading the requirements for the treatment before entering the home. The last carers didn't have the updated information for my mum's medication. The whole operation comes across as very amateur.
The carers on the whole are polite and friendly, just unfortunately regularly incompetent at their tasks. Some just seem more interested to get in and out as quick as possible.
The last carers left 10 minutes ago but the house still smells of cigarette odour and strong perfume, easily the worst bedside manner.
I do not lay the blame entirely with the carers, they are clearly over worked any many express how long their shifts are and just how much work they need to do.
Previous reviews have mentioned how clients feel this company are purely interested in the profit columns and not the duty of care for the patient.
I am sure if you require care support that you can find better suppliers than Whispers Care Solutions.

I can't speak highly enough of the staff, they go above and beyond for the clients and families they support. Everyone is a delight to deal with, full of smiles and always helpful and reassuring. Great communication from the office, we have had bad experiences with other care companies but choosing Whispers was the best decision we could have made.

Well what can I say alot really whispers care staff I would be very careful around they act to be friendly but they not they will make false allegations against you if you make complaints against them. The majority of there staff are from other countries claiming to have qualifications in child psychology and other qualifications yet they seem to be clueless when it came to my child the carers would also refuse to wear ppe. When it came to manager (tracy) well she was rude arrogant and she obviously doesn't care regarding privacy as she would come round without asking and at times wouldn't even knock she would just walk in I had to lock my door so this wouldn't happen. Despite numerous of complaints which they never investigated and quite often ignored this and it had continued to happen and was even invading around the Christmas holidays. I would bring the carers training into question as they didn't seem to know what to do with children. Alot of the carers that had came round were scared of the management and quite often say they had been threatened with loosing there work visas and quite often questioned the companies policies also the carers would quite often say that the company care more about profit and keeping contracts rather than the care itself. I welcomed the carers into my home with respect and kindness and for that I recieved a terrible service and stabbed in the back metaphorically speaking. I would not trust them with a gold fish let alone a child and I certainly would decline there service and never use them again you do have a choice

I have been discharged from the hospital, and the doctor decided I need a little help because of my condition, and they gave me this company care package. Sweet lord, never again in my life. After a few days of chaos, I called the office and cancelled even though they still showed up at my house. The chaos, you never know when they will come, definitely not up to my needs, who is coming and every single person you must explain everything about your needs, condition etc... Without my permission, they call my son telling him and worried him about all this care package, even the hospital didn't call my kids without my permission absolutely nightmare. And the worst is all the carers come to my house with PPE gloves on. They need good training on what PPE means. Absolutely a nightmare never again service from this company.

Useless company you tell them you do not want male carers for personal care and they send them every visit of the day so my elderly mothers health has declined since they have been coming. Their attitude was well if its a male carer in the morning she can have her personal at lunchtime, how is that care when she is laid in bed in a wet pad. Had ro inatall cameras in her home and have footage of them doing nothing just talking on their phone wandering around the house while my mum was laid in bed.Avoid this so called care company.
Didn't want to leave any stars but had to to write review.

Whispers management are liars. They are only interested in making as much money off a care package as possible. There is no care, no compassion and certainly no competency. They promised a Complex Health care team that would be capable of providing for my family member’s medical needs. They were awarded a funded package by ICB on the back of those false promises. They failed and we called them out on it. They knew they could not deliver so they pulled the package after a couple of weeks. The ICB have now fined them and they will not receive any more funded packages from the ICB in the future.
SO BEWARE! If you have a loved one with Complex Health needs DO NOT use Whisperscare Ltd,

Excellent care provider with compassionate, highly trained and trustworthy staff. A great service all round, would highly recommend.
