This is the kevel of care received from this company left alone after a carer failed to turn up i fell because i was trying to do the job of a carer that westwood failed to send and when i called out of hours for help they said it was not their problem and put the phone down leaving me unable to get up. I have experienced being spoken to like dirt and numerous call cancellations so those feed backs that comment how good their service has been could not be from the same care company because i have been treated disgracefully. think twice before signing up with this company

Amazing Care Company. Westwood Care looked after my Grandad and they treat him with dignity and respect at all times. The PA's who attended his calls were all fantastic and went out of there to deliver the best care possible. The office staff are really helpful and always assisted in any changes we needed. Westwood Care, thank you.

This is a really well managed agency. Of all the agencies I have had dealings with, this is a really well meaning and genuinely caring one. Office and community staff are friendly, approachable and always do their very best, often going above and beyond the bounds of their roles to help those they support.

Absolutely shocking service. 3 x half hour calls per day for my mum who is suffering from altzeimers. They stay for less than 10 minutes sometimes. Taken this up with them a few times and yet they still continue to provide short calls. The carers ask my mum if she's had breakfast and showered. His would my mum know when she has altzeimers. There's a checklist been introduced to ensure the carers know what's required of them and they just tick the boxes and fail to check things. They do ask this and more knowing we have cameras for my mums own safety even on the odd occasion they stay for the 30 mins I've seen them sit with the book they fill in on their knee watching TV for 30 mins. This is fraud and deception. You should be ashamed of yourselves. And I will be taking this even further now to the owner. Gave it 1 star but should be no stars.

Office staff lack basic communication skills. Do not inform clientele of call changes, carers who attend calls are generally all positive however but the lack of communication often leaves everyone involved frustrated.

The carers are great but the office staff do nothing but lie and call their staff liars. They are very quick to get rid of care packages if the person speaks up for themselves. I wouldn’t go with this company the turn over of staff is bad I’ve never seen anything like it. They are not person centred care it’s like being on a production line!

I have been with Westwood care for nearly 2 years l am truly satisfied with them,carers excellent professional and l class them as friends as well as carers always there to listen and support me couldn’t fault them.All office staff are great very friendly and inform me iff any changes occurs or times which is very rare any problems quickly sorted again very rare .All through covid they have kept us all safe always wear PPI l am very satisfied and would highly recommend this company to any one looking for a good efficient company 100/:
