I Went to Westpoint Pharmacy to get something for my ear infection, and the pharmacist there was very helpful in prescribing me some antibiotics. The staff at the counter were so friendly, always smiling, and made the whole experience a lot more pleasant. Definitely recommend this place for their great service and welcoming atmosphere

The service here does tend to depend on which member of staff you get, but I've always been able to collect my prescriptions fine, any delays tend to be on the part of the doctor sending it over. I do wish however that the environment in the pharmacy was a bit cleaner and more welcoming, it feels run down at the moment and the consultation room is not private. I wish I knew the names of the staff because there is one gentleman in particular who always smiles and has a great attitude and I would like to thank him for his professionalism.

I wanted to share my experience at Westpoint Pharmacy. I recently got some medication prescribed at a walking center, but I had a hard time finding all of it at other pharmacies. Came to get assessed by the pharmacist for minor ailment as the urgent care was full after being referred by 111. I was seen quickly, given advice and a prescription and was going to buy another OTC medication but was advised it would not do much for my issue and what I could do instead to help.
