Weston Surgery

Excellent service. Professional. The appointment system is easy to follow and considering how busy they are, they do brilliantly. Receptionists friendly and helpful. Doctors and nurses the same. I refer to our surgery as: The Dream Team. Battling different health issues of late and not having a good time of it all have been helped with such compassion and kindness and support. Thank you to all at Weston Surgery. I am truly grateful.

I have been a patient for over two decades, nearly three; my family and I have always received attentive, respectful and thorough care from the whole team. I wish to thank each and every staff member of this surgery - your consistent diligence and patience is sincerely appreciated.

We have been with the Weston surgery for several years and have always found the staff (doctors, nurses and receptionists) to be very helpful. My wife has a complex medical condition and yet we have always found help available when needed. I was therefore surprised to see that the average rating of the surgery was only 2.9 and this prompted me to write a review. (I guess the people who write a review are not a random sample.). Of course, there can be an odd occasion when the telephone takes a while to answer - this can happen anywhere - but in our experence is the exception rather than the rule. What really matters is the medical advice and this is always very good. Chris Chatfield

Terrible!!! We have contacted 111 about my 4 months old baby, Dr said that we should be seen but because the GP was still open he couldn’t give us an appointment (their internal procedure) and advised to try with them. We had and the GP has just gave us a pointless ‘ADVICE’ - despite we said we are going away. Its now 5 days later and my baby is still in pain!!! Luckily we have got an appointment with a Dr here. Weston Surgery is just a big mistake!!

Can take some time for them to answer call but other than that very kind nurses and doctors. Just had a procedure and Dr. J. Oertel (apologies if spelling is wrong)was a star.He made me feel comfortable.He was very informative and didn't make me feel like I'm just a patient.

I have had excellent service from Weston Surgery especially when I felt really ill. Especially the Receptionists they were on the ball when I was ill.

Totally frustrated by this system of ringing from 8am for an appointment. Three days in a row now and the line is constantly engaged once it hits 8am. Even ringing constantly for two minutes before 8 didn't work. This is not acceptable.
