Having had an awful experience with Debra's colleague, I rang back and spoke to Debra. She listened attentively to what I was trying to explain as I have recently had surgery and required replacement dressings. She did her utmost to understand and to help particularly because I have run out of dressings and without her assistance I would have been left without any over the weekend. She was sympathetic, friendly and approachable. Her communication skills were second to none and she is a credit to the surgery. Ultimately she resolved my problem with a comprehensive and timely plan.

Can’t complain. Two phone calls to book an appointment to see a GP. First one said ‘call back’. I did two hours later as instructed to he told to call back tomorrow. But I was offered a telephone consultation with the GP who did phone back and agreed to see me at 5pm. So far, so good. By 5.30 everything was hunky dory. Two follow up appointments arrived on my phone whilst I was in the surgery. Rx duly collected from the pharmacy and home by tea time. The following morning 8.50am Nicola calls to offer me a follow up appointment with the GP in three weeks time. And asked me to complete the survey. Nicola was very cheerful but frightened the **** out of me because I thought they’d discovered something nasty.

My husband Robert needed some pills which were not on his repeat prescription. He spoke to Nicola who was really helpful and rung him back a few moments later to say that the prescription had been sent to the dispensing pharmacy. This service was excellent and much appreciated. Thank you Nicola.

Phoned to book a blood test and was told that none were available at my local and closest surgery.

This will save me a lot of hassle and having to book time off of work.
