Always had good things to say about the surgery, But for the last 6/12 months the telephone service has been poor, you ring up your second in the que, you get to one after 25mins then you get told the lines are busy. Over the last 12 months 5 times this has happened to me, the only reason for my calls are to order repeat prescriptions as the online service is not available.

I would recommend Westleigh Medical Practice. I always had a good service from them. I completed online consultation form in the morning and received a phone call from Doctor afternoon in the same day and then got the blood test form next day. I would say this is satisfactory service and thank you Dr Martin Dongre for your support and service

I have been ignored in GP for 6 months because I am a foreigner. Instead of a doctor the pharmacist call and says he can’t help me. Out of 6 requests for appoiment within 2 months someone calls me once and sends me to the hospital. The diagnosis is made by the register not the doctor , also order medications. I have been diagnosed(MRI) with sciatica, vertebral misalignment ,discopathy and hypertension. When asking for a prescription for medicines that have alrealy run out, the registrar gave me a prescription for Co-codamol without consulting the doctor. This GP is one big joke that shouldn't exist

Always available appointments when I put a request in. Welcoming environment and friendly staff. Doctors don't rush and are very thorough.
Buildings are a bit dated but doesn't affect the practice.

Always difficult to phone through to this surgery. On a recent occasion, I was in a queue, advised that I was 3rd in the queue waiting for the call to be answered - this counted down to 1st in the queue - then after a total of 25 minutes waiting - hear recorded message saying "all lines are busy" and cuts the call off..! Rang back, this time I was straight in at No.1 in the queue - on hold again for exactly 25mins again to then hear "lines are busy - please try later!" So with that & writing this review, almost another hour of my life wasted on trying to get an appointment for my son. And before anyone comments about the "online booking system" that once again was "unavailable as the surgery was offline at this time" PLEASE Westleigh Medical Practice - get your act together! Luckily, this wasn't an emergency request - but it could have been for someone else trying to get through! (although they do cover themselves with their "welcome message" telling you to hang up & dial 999 if you're ringing about a life threatening emergency!) No doubt I will end up taking my son to the walk-in centre again in a couple of weeks when I give up on trying to go down the GP route... (and this is what I pay my taxes for..!?)

Horrendous!!. you've more chance of catching the plague than having a phone call answered. re ordered meds said it had gone through that was 6 days ago and still not got them. absolute joke at the min.

I have been sent other ladies test results for personal things to my phone I’m thinking she may have been sent mine. The phone has been broken for 6 months. You can not get any medical attention. My son is 8 and has autism I phone daily to try to get him help even when the phone works you are promised a call back never to recieve one. People are treated worse than animals! Me and my children have never been treated so poorly by members of a caring profession. I’m 43 and never known a doctors surgery to be run like this. Private documents sent to wrong people lack of medical assistance over a year it took for me to see a doctor face to face .

Most appalling doctors I have ever been registered with. Opening times online to book an appointment are 8-9am, that's it, which I think is an abysmal service. Recently placed a request in online to speak to GP and request was closed, stating with dealt with....No phone call, no contact, no nothing! If I was you, I would go register elsewhere like I am doing. Cant even give it less than 1 star!!
