I've been here 3-4 times now. Wanted to share that every time, I feel like my problems have been of interest to the doctor, they listened, gave me time to talk, and discussed my concerns. They took what I felt we reasonable actions to rule out immediately concerns, and didn't make me jump through hoops.

Having had an absolutely terrible experience with the Tewkesbury doctors a few years ago, this was the complete opposite and helped alleviate the stress and depression I felt after my experience with the Tewkesbury doctors.

I have such good experiences from the practice, the reception staff are always friendly and happy to help, attentive and every GP or nurse I have seen are so helpful. It's easy to always moan but rarely will people give the positives. I have never had any issues with the practice and find all staff helpful

After time to reflect, I want to replace my previous review. This GP surgery was the first one bad enough for me to entirely give up on medical treatment for mental illness. And for that I think it deserves some credit. Not worrying about trying to be understood or to get prescriptions filled on time is a weight off. And feeling like I have to solve problems myself is more empowering than any kind of interaction with our health service. Quitting medication that was actually effective has been rough. But now I don't think I would talk to a doctor about mental illness ever again. And that thought is quite comforting.

I’m absolutely disgusted in this place my mum had really high blood pressure dangerous high they sent her home with a chart cancel her appointment she had a mild heart attack now in hospital had another one last night now staying in to have valve surgery she could have died because they can’t e bothered this lady has worked hard her whole life to be treated like this it’s not the first time either why be doctors if you can’t be bothered to look after your patients even the receptionist sometimes sounds like you’re bothering them it takes my mum a lot to contact them in the first place if you want a doctor dont bother coming here they don’t seem to care or horde you along like cattle

Usually not bad. This time round reception staff member I spoke to in regards to my son was rude and had no understanding at all of what I was asking. Very blunt and just didn't care at all. "Speak to my reception manager if you don't want to take my advice" Well I'm not here for the advice of someone who picks up a phone. I wanted to see or at least talk to a doctor in regards to an issue. Not have you telling me what you think I should do.

Tried booking an appointment few times for my mental health. Receptionist was rude didn't want to listen to me properly, offered Samaritans? I needed an actual doctor. Then constantly directed me to triage form I did it, inputed times I am available for a call and they are still giving me completely different times when I am at work. Waited for a call 2ise according to timings they gave me, and doctor never called me eventually. Now have to try to book another appointment and wait again. I must say I would rather not bother anymore and find a different surgery. Thanks for no help.

I would stay clear of this doctor practice they are are endangering their patients life’s. Receptionist are rude and in-competent and just refuse to do the job they’re paid for. You literally have to beg them for an appointment even when it’s an emergency and even then will they do that over phone? Of course not they’re too lazy for that, you have to fill out a form and then they will decide if you deserve an appointment or not. Even after I ended up in hospital with a server infection that almost killed me, I still had to fight for an appointment. I had an appointment with a doctor who not only told me I was faking it but I asked him repeatedly not to touch me or put any pressure on my arm due to just have a steroid injection and it was the doctor who did the injection told me specifically not to put weight or pressure on it. Just want the surgery to understand putting hands on a patient without consent and after they’ve said no is assault. The police have now been informed. As well as this I have wrote to NHS England to report this practice for trying to kill parents since they keep giving me medication I can’t take and medication that will kill me and when I explain this to them and the reason why they call me a lier. I tried to make a complaint to the practice manager one or the doctors came out and pretended he owns the practice and he told me I wouldn’t get an apology and that if I didn’t leave they would call the police on me, this doctor doesn’t own the practice they just wanted to pull me in the office with the same doctor who physically assaulted me (putting hands on someone without consent is assault). Basically they wanted to get a big scary man to intimate a very vulnerable women. Go to a different doctors surgery if you want actual medical care because you will be given medication you are allergic to and they don’t care about following any king of protocol. This practice just follows medical negligence.
