Best experience with the Radiology department! I was seen for an MRI scan by Stephen and Sam, who were very helpful and kind throughout. The reception lady was also super understanding when I was running 10 minutes late due to traffic, and she adjusted my appointment so I was seen quickly. I'm just grateful for everyone's kindness and efficiency today! Keep up the good work, team! 👏

Best hospital for minor injuries. Wow, no queue at all. I was seen in 30 mins without an appointment, x-ray taken in an hour and immediate feedback. The clinicians were calm, knowledgeable and friendly. I am glad the GP booking app(Amiga) advised me to go to Thatcham hospital even though there were Minor injuries unit in Reading hospital.

I had a fantastic experience at Minor Injuries yesterday. I made an appointment with 101 and there was minimal waiting. I was promptly seen by Hannah who was very knowledgeable, helpful and caring. I had an X-ray and everything looks well. I really appreciate the NHS and all the staff who work unsociable hours to accommodate us. Thank you 🙂

A fantastic experience my niece had eye appointment. Hospital is clean and modern. Very easy to find clinic. Everyone very helpful. Scans explained. Stress free appointment. Cherry on the cake - loads of car park spaces.

I have been suffering from knee pain for over a year now. After multiple doctors appointments I got referred to rheumatology.
Twice I came to this hospital and all the receptionists and nurses were absolutely amazing!

I had 2 appointments with Mr Macdonald, he made me feel heard, took time to understand my problem, and reassured me. I finally feel like I got somewhere.

My wife was referred to the radiology department for an X-ray by her GP. The GP gave her a form which the radiologist rejected because the clinical details and examinations needed were not met by her criteria. Resolved after 4 days when a new form worked perfectly. The radiologist should have been able to contact the GP practice. GP links to hospitals need improving.

Easy to park with card only pay options inside before you leave which takes the stress out of potentially being late for appointments. Staff were friendly, toilets clean.
