Great experience all round. Lucia was very knowledgable and helped me after I had issues with my right knee. I had no idea what was wrong, and I was worried about getting back to playing football / getting back into the gym again. Lucia was able to guide me through the whole process, building up my leg and my confidence so I could get back to 100%. Would fully recommend.

Really great team and amazing facilities including an in house gym and reformer Pilates studio. However a special shout out to Iona who I saw during my pregnancy, even at 37 weeks. I felt safe and comfortable throughout and she relieved multiple pregnancy symptoms I was experiencing. Thank you.
